The Tattvasethu Manifesto
Not blind belief. Not blind rejection. Only structured understanding.
The modern world often views ancient Indian thought through two distorted lenses: either as magical dogma to be worshipped, or as primitive superstition to be discarded. Tattvasethu rejects both.
This is a reasoning-first study. The Vedas, Upaniṣads, and Śaṅkara’s commentaries are treated as epistemological data — texts that make claims, offer methods, and invite examination. They are not handled as slogans, nor as museum pieces.
न हि ज्ञानेन सदृशं पवित्रमिह विद्यते।
Tattvasethu investigates the Śaṅkara Paramparā as a living intellectual tradition: Advaita Vedānta, Nyāya as a tool of discrimination, and the later models that tried to keep the teaching precise — especially Bhāmatī and Vivaraṇa.
What this project is
An independent, non-commercial educational inquiry. It is written in plain English, with IAST used for names and technical terms, so that a serious reader can follow the argument without needing a second glossary in every paragraph. The first three studies are in the essay library.
What this project is not
It is not a temple, a coaching product, a guru-brand, or a software catalogue. Correspondence is welcome. Conversion is not the aim.
